The brand Bagelsteinalready present at Rouen, Honfleur and Caenopened its 87and restaurants in France. On the walls, front pages of magazines, photos but also plaques full of humour. This is the Bagelstein spirit, “the number 1 bagel in France”.
Fresh French fries “made in Normandy”
The new business, run by Ayman Yassine, offers “fast but high-end food”, he explains. Bagels of course, “homemade, made by pastry chefs”, “only fresh”.
But also fresh fries “made in Normandy”, savory bagels, salads, soups (peppers, chestnuts, etc.), pastries (cookies, cakes, muffins, etc.), hot drinks or cold drinks (ice teas, infusions, lemonades, smoothies…).
Bagelstein, which employs five people in Le Havre, offers take-out sales but also meals to be enjoyed on site, the room being equipped with 26 seats. And soon delivery will be possible.
The channel was born from the imagination of Thierry Veil and Gilles Abecassis. “After the creation of various restaurant concepts, they opened the first Bagelstein restaurant in Strasbourg in 2011,” says the brand. With Le Havre, they are now at the head of 87 points of sale.
