A project of apartments above the restaurant

The upcoming opening of Chamas Tacos is only part of the project that concerns the entire building.

According to Francis Haag, director and founder of Haag Immobilier interviewed by Lorraine News“this opening is part of the project of rehabilitation of the buildingwhich also includes a return of the floors to the inhabitants to create new apartments downtown “.

Thus, these are five new homes which must emerge within the building. “The objective is to put this building back in the circuit of the revitalization of the city center, as is currently done on rue Serpenoise”, adds Francis Haag.
