Lovers of pasta and simple and gourmet recipes, you’re in luck! The book is made for you. This selection 70 dishes by Chef Zanoni is both easy and original. It is the result of a fusion between your favorite Marmiton recipes and the unique know-how of a recognized Italian chef, to the delight of our taste buds.
Some of you will also recognize recipes that you have acclaimed when you were told about the project on Instagram ! From traditional lasagna, to gnocchi and ravioli, you are bound to find what you are looking for in this new book from the “A chef in my kitchen” collection!
At Marmiton we had the chance to be there during the photo shoot and to witness the realization of all these recipes. We can tell you that it was difficult not to taste the dish before it was immortalized.
I am delighted to participate with Marmiton in this new book dedicated to Italian cuisine that rocked my childhood. Today, I want to transmit the taste of good products and the values of sharing, simplicity and conviviality so dear to my heart.

Our exclusive recipe from the book “PASTA PASTA PASTA”
Pennete with old Comté cheese and artichokes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 400g of penne pasta
- 25 cl liquid cream
- 180 g old Comté cheese (36 months)
- 2 large artichokes or 4 peppers
- Sparkling water
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel, peppercorns
Grate the county. Heat the cream in a saucepan. When it boils, add the grated Comté, stirring with a whisk until you get a smooth cream.
Boil water for the pasta in a large pot and salt it.
Turn the artichokes and plunge them into a salad bowl filled with sparkling water with the addition of a sliced lemon so that they do not blacken.
Cook the pennetes for half the time indicated on the package.
Roast 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper in a large skillet. Add pasta cooking water.
In another skillet, sauté the garlic cloves in olive oil. Cut the artichokes into julienne strips and cook them for a few minutes in the garlic oil. (They should remain crunchy.) Season with salt and pepper.
Take the pasta with a spider and finish cooking in the peppery cooking water, adding a little cooking water if necessary.
Gently heat the Comté cream in a saucepan. Incorporate it off the heat into the pasta, mix to coat well and emulsify the sauce.
