The Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain recalls a product: traces of medicine have been found

A dietary supplement from the Baian brand has been withdrawn from sale.

En agreement with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (Afsca), the company Olive Jewels is withdrawing a food supplement of the Baian brand from sale.



Indeed, traces of Sibutramine, a drug, were found. Consumers are advised not to consume this supplement, and to return it to the point of sale, where it will be refunded to them.

The affected product is “Slimming coffee – Lishou” (150 g) from the Baian brand and the expiry date is as follows: 07/06/2023. The lot number is 20210608 and the item was sold between the period of June 16, 2021 to August 16, 2021.
