It is the couple formed for 4 years Magalie Segons and Marc Rodriguez who took over the business. “Marc had wanted to start his business for a long time, so when we saw that Le Saint-Jean was to be taken over, we said to ourselves ‘why not'”, explains Magalie. And after nine months of project, this is their dream come true.

Now renovated, refreshed and redecorated, Le Saint-Jean will welcome customers from 6:30 a.m. until midnight, seven days a week. Marc and his origins. A working lunch menu will also be offered. On Thursday morning, they also plan to open from 5:30 a.m. for breakfasts on site or to take away from market gardeners.
The new managers do not stop there since they also want to bring life to the Villefranche nightlife. From Saturday May 28, an evening organized around the Hcup final will take place.
